LONG-TERM ECU CONTRACT
DELIVERABLE SECURITIES FOR THE JUNE 1998 MATURITY
Paris, February 19, 1998 -- Following consultations with the ECU
experts group, Matif SA announced the composition of the ECU futures
bond pool for the June 1998 maturity.
The new ECU-denominated OAT 5.25% issue maturing in April 2008 has
been added to the pool, which is thus made up of :

On February 19, 1998, the total amount of deliverable securities
outstanding came to ECU 11.2 billion.
